Steps in developing a process for an online channel:

We will spend 30 minutes together to discuss the solutions that I will be extending as part of the Small Business Packaged Solution product. Step1: Managerial review of your marketing strategy, defining goals, arriving at a mission statement and ensuring that your online objective can be integrated within the company. From our consultation we will arrive at a strategy that recognizes your company goals. A printed document will be produced.

Step 2: Conduct an internal audit and competitive analysis. This stage I will review all marketing collateral and attempt to quantify performance. Once we have established a benchmark of where we’ve been it will be easier to judge future performance. I will introduce analytical software that will place a measure of accountability on the dollars spent to achieve revenue growth. The analytical software and review will be the starting of a managerial process that is repeatable and agile.

Step 3: From the audit I will know what changes to make with your marketing collateral. The competitive analysis will define what is and isn't working for your competitors. This will begin the process of optimizing your marketing material for better results. This is a managerial process that requires continuous testing.

Step 4: Introduce additional concepts to enhance revenues. Review pay per click strategy submission, introduce affiliate marketing, direct marketing, micros sites and landing pages and of course testing.

Step 5: Continue to move the ecommerce line forward, look at social media and more efficient use of data and repeat steps 2-5.
